We had such a special and wonderful Christmas with our family! Blakely loved all of her presents and she was so spoiled by everyone! It was hilarious watching her open everything, it all went right into the mouth since she is teething! Also, she started sitting by herself the week before Christmas, which was perfect timing for opening all those gifts!

Nana's Birthday and Blakely's First Sick Doctor's Visit

Waiting at the Dr's office So, we headed to the Doctor's office for our first sick visit, we had to enter into the "sick" waiting room! boo! Sure enough, as soon as we got there Blakely no longer had a temperature and was smiling and giggling away! Go figure...anyways, one of her ears was a little red on the inside but everything else was okay and after the nurse left Neal took a look himself at her ear and did not think that she had an ear infection from what he saw. So, we are glad that she is feeling better! Now, she just needs to go back to sleeping through the night, all of her congestion has been waking her up! We are getting excited for Christmas around here and all the fun and meaningful times to come!

Santa Blakely!

She has the "bowl full of jelly" down....haha!

And here is video of Blakely ROLLING OVER!!!! She is rolling from front to back and back to front, she has been so close for sooooo long but finally did it on her own last Friday, 12/11/09! Such a big girl. Also, she is getting really good at sitting up on her own and has started to scoot around on the floor on her belly (not quite crawling but getting closer). She is playing really interactively with all her toys and puts everything in her mouth. She is smiling, laughing and has started shrieking/yelling a bit more! Her cute little or should I say "BIG" personality is really starting to show! She is such a ham and just makes us laugh and smile all the time! Never knew you could love someone so much....

We ended up seeing Santa at my parents neighborhood clubhouse and Blakely's reaction was so funny! She was fine when we set her on his lap but as soon as she turned and looked up at him, she just started screaming! I think that it was the beard? We are having so much fun getting ready for Christmas with Blakely and are really excited to "play" Santa at our house this year!

Don't know what she is doing with her tongue but I think she is trying to be a member of KISS!
