Cedar Falls

We headed up to Cedar Falls, IA to celebrate the life of my Grandma Helen the end of April after she passed away. The girls and I went up with my parents and Kandace a couple days before the service and then Neal, Kyle and Matthew came later. Although we were there for a sad occasion we spent time together and as always the girls put smiles on everyone's faces.

 Jumping in...fearless! Only one little scare when she went in on her own in the shallow end when Papa was in the deep end. I've never moved so fast in my life and LEAPED into the pool FULLY clothed and grabbed her out! Pure adrenaline. She will be wearing floaties this summer FOR SURE!

We have been outside lots this Spring, the weather has been so nice! Also, trying to spend some time in the Village and at the park since we will be moving soon!

Easter 2012

We had a great Easter at our house. Neal had to work so we got up early and did the Easter egg hunt before he went to work, then the girls and I went to church with my family and then brunch after. Later that day the Anson's stopped by with some Easter treats for the girls too!

The Easter Bunny stopped by our house and filled up the girl's Easter baskets with lots of goodies!

On the hunt, she made Neal hold her basket and she would run and pick up an egg and run it back to her basket. haha.

Creekmoor Egg Hunt

The girls and I went out to my parents neighborhood for their Easter egg hunt.
