Hairstyles!

Blakely's hair is growing longer and we are trying to figure out what in the world to do with it! Pretty much just her back and front grows not the sides! haha! So, we have been trying out some new hair-do's!

Here is what we are working with, bangs in the eyes! But, look at those beautiful BLUE eyes!

We've been trying the bow in the front or clipping it back, however Miss. B does not leave it in for more than a few minutes or so. I think we might just have to trim the bangs for now! Sorta fun to start "doing" Blakely's hair.

Visiting Friends in Parsons!

We went on a mini road trip to Parsons, KS to visit Logan, Maggie and Preston in the their new home! We had a fun time and enjoyed getting to see where they live now!

Maggie found a yummy diner for us to eat breakfast at! I was craving some good breakfast food.

We also went up to the hospital to visit Logan's new clinic! It is so nice!

They also showed us around town and we went to a yummy Mexican restaurant and met Logan's work partners family and had a wonderful BBQ with everyone. We had a great time and look forward to coming down to visit again!

The other day I stubbed my toe and told Blakely that I had an owie so she went and got her Doctor bag!

She got out her stethoscope to make it all better.

and then she listened to my toe! haha!

1st Dentist Visit

Neal had a dentist appointment so Blakely and I went along so she could have a trial run before her 1st teeth cleaning!

Sitting in the chair after Daddy was finished with his cleaning. She watched pretty much the whole time and did great! She kept asking "What's she doing?" while the hygienist was cleaning Neal's teeth. haha!

Blakely's 2 year Doctor's Appointment

Neal took Blakely to her 2 year Doctor's appointment. She did well waiting in the room and with the nurse but had a hard time when Dr. Slaymaker came into the room. She would not let him look in her ears or examine her! Guess we need to work on reading/learning about visiting the Doctor!

She is right on track for language, social, gross and fine motor!

My friends and I went on a girls trip to Vegas! It was fun to just get away and relax by the pool and spend time catching up!
