Wow, tomorrow will be 17 weeks! I feel like this pregnancy is flying by and sometimes I still can't believe that we are actually going to have a baby in a few months! I have been trying to get some stuff cleared out to get started on the baby's room, we looked a some paint swatches this weekend and I could not keep myself away from the pinks....because now when I tell people we think we are having a boy, people are telling me "no, it will be the opposite!" So, I am trying to prepare for either way...I am anxiously awaiting 2/2/09 and then soon after a trip to visit my sis in Pittsburgh with my mom. It will be so fun to spend time with them together and be able to shop for a boy or girl! Still feeling the same type of twinges in my belly, but still waiting for the first big KICK!

Baby's skeleton is hardening, changing from rubbery cartilage to bone, and fat is finally accumulating around it. The umbilical cord is getting thicker and stronger, and those little fingers and toes are now topped by one-of-a-kind prints.

Baby A is an onion! Can't wait to do some shopping...for a boy or a girl. In 2 weeks you'll know!
So exciting!! I love the "ski slope" experience! We are so anxious to know too - if you are going to share the news with us?? HA! The nickname Neri is cute!
