Amelia 2 months!

Our little baby is getting so big! She is a ray of sunshine, always making us smile and lights up our life.

Here are her stats from her 2 month appointment:

Weight 12 lbs. 10.4 oz. (95%)

Height 22 inches (50%)

Head Circumference 15 in (50%)

She got her 1st round of shots and did so well! She cried for just a second or so and then was back to normal, happy self!

She is the happiest baby, smiles and talks to us all the time! We are busy busy and she just goes with us in her car seat and does so well. We will take her to church, restaurants and she will take naps. Sometimes we forget she's in there...haha! She loves her playmat and looking at the lights and music. She does well at tummy time and holds her head up and has started to push up with her hands. She has also started to push down with her legs when we hold her up.

Amelia wears size 0-3 but they are starting to get a little tight. She is wearing a size 2 diaper but can still wear a size 1 too. She is sleeping well, sometimes she sleeps all through the night and other times she is up around 2 or 3am but usually goes right back to sleep after nursing. She is still sleeping in her cradle in our room. She is awake more and more during the day and is interacting with us and Blakely much more. She will just stare and smile at Blakely when she talks to her, she loves her big sister!

She still looks a lot like Blakely as a baby. She is not on much of a schedule yet but usually takes a morning and afternoon nap and eats every 3 hours or so...She takes bottles great and is a star burper! She doesn't spit up at all...I remember that Blakely spit up so much! She also really likes bath time. She will track objects with her eyes and likes to look at black/white books/pictures. She also will try and grasp rattles or objects with her hands. But she really prefers to look at FACES especially mommy's, daddy's or Blakely's!
