Kandace and Matthew signed up to do the 5K Color Run at Arrowhead and they had some friends that weren't able to go so we took their spot! While you are running people throw a colored powered at different color stations throughout the track.

Mid-way through the "run." I used quotations because due to the huge amount of people and varying levels
of speed it was difficult to actually run much to Neal's frustration. haha!
