4 Months!

Here is our precious 4 month old!!!! She did so good at her dr's appt, still gaining weight and meeting all her milestones. She weighed 16 lbs. 8ozs. and was 25.5 inches long! She got another round of shots and was such a trooper, barely even whimpered when she got the shots. But, was a little fussy the next day. Dr. Slaymaker said that she can start cereal in the next month or two...so that will be fun! She has been watching us eat and appears interested in that so I think she will be a champ at eating!!! She is getting closer and closer to rolling over, loves her exersaucer but most of all loves being around people and being social! Her smiles just melt your heart. She has been having lots of fun with her new friend Preston and also hanging with Hudson (pics to come)! She is getting so close to saying mama or dada...She laughs at Mommy when I sing and loves when we make animal noises. She loves playing with her rattles and is drooling a ton (possibly teething)! Peek-a-boo is her new favorite game.

Getting Bigger, Stronger and Cuter!

Looking cute in her hat!

Love her ruffled bottoms and mini hair bow!

Cheering for Abby (ran a half Marathon) with Kristin! Go Abby!

Showing KU spirit with daddy!

My loves...all cuddled up sleeping!

New Halloween flower!

Watching the KU/OU game at Maggie and Logan's with new little Preston!

Preston's first KU game!

So precious...

Checking him out...

Blakely and Preston...going to be best buds!

Blakely is growing up so much, she is standing up on our legs. I think that she is ready for her exersaucer! She still loves her tummy time and is getting even stronger. I don't know if she will ever roll over since she loves chillin on her tummy so much! She is drooling a ton and always has her hands in her mouth. She is grabbing onto her rattles and moving them around. She loves being cuddled up and rocked to sleep and I love that special time. She watches us and the doggies walking around and follows our voices and looks for us when we are talking. She wakes up smiling and hungry! We are headed to the pumpkin patch tomorrow, can't wait!

Fall Weather = All bundled up!

Here's the latest update from the Ansons...

First off - here's a picture of Blakely with her legs crossed while she sleeps. This is exactly like how her mommy sleeps!

Here she is getting all snuggly in her winter outfit for a brisk walk.

Uh... yeah... UH-DOR-UH-BUL.... that's my baby girl.

She looks like she's ready for a crash test - all safe in her Bumble-ride

She's thinking "yeah, I'm probably gonna spit up all over this bib, but I'll look cute doing it!"

Sweeter than candy corn!

She loves her some tummy time! Always so alert when she's staring at herself in the mirror.

And here she is in her carseat - I think Kari took this one to show off her hat

The happiest baby on the block!!! She just keeps on growing. I feel like time is moving faster and I just don't wanna miss anything. Luckily, I get to have some time with her tomorrow. Keep checking for updates!!

KU Game Day!

Dinner at Kristen and Josh's
Blakely and Lulu

Trying on her new bathrobe...is it wrong that I am laughing at her crying?

All better...

Smiling at Daddy....Neal was home with her today and got her all dressed up cute in her babylegs

3 months pictures

The requisite crying picture with the bow

It's getting better...she is deciding that she likes her hat after all!

All smiles!

Is my baby really 3 months old?!?! I can't even believe it, she is changing day by day and it is just amazing. The other night while we were playing peek-a-boo she LAUGHED and shrieked! I was so glad that we could hear that! Blakely is getting so strong, when laying down she pushes to sit up and it looks like a sit-up, she also stands and puts weight on her legs and will just stand on our laps! During tummy time she has started pushing her self up, like a little mini push up. She is talking and babbling a lot more. Also she has found her toes and is moving her legs all around. Loves bath time and has been doing pretty good at sleeping, usually through the night from 10-6! Still wearing 3-6 and 6 months clothes. She is drooling a ton and always has her hands in her mouth. She is so wonderful and just melts my heart everyday! She is such a good baby and we love getting to know her little personality! Sometimes she is a mama's girl and other times only daddy can soothe her with his "daddy hold." We just love her so much!

3 months old!

Here's Blakely acting all grown up with her smiles and attempts at saying those four syllable words - "ma-ma and da-da". Still has a way to go but she is growing up fast!! There will be more pictures to come from Mrs.
