7 months, KU game and Neal's 29th Birthday!

HELLO!

I like big flowers!!!!

Still love Sophie!

Blakely's first tutu!

Rolling over...

What is all this???

7 months!!!!

Here I come...she is trying so hard to start crawling!

This is an example of how most of my pictures look, the top of her head as she keeps trying to crawl forward and is no longer interested in smiling for the camera!

Smiling...

She makes this face A LOT! ha!

Blowing raspberries!

Beautiful baby girl!

Jayhawk bloomers

The fams together to watch the KU vs. KSU game and to celebrate Neal's b-day.

All squished together...

Blakely was in the center of it all, entertaining us all.

KU Cheerleader!

Trying on daddy's hat!

Practicing walking with Uncle Greg

Here I come...

Neal's KU snuggie..haha! love it!

His KU hoodie, turns out it was a women's, oops!

We thought it looked a tad small

Blowing out ALL those candles.

I got Blakely some feeding spoons so that she could practice feeding herself...gave her one today and she went right for it!

Got some!

Wow, where to begin! Things have been so crazy this past few weeks, note the lack of pictures or updates! My job has been so busy and Neal is busy with work and preparing for a big presentation in February! ...and on a VERY HAPPY note, Uncle Matthew and Aunt Kandace are back to KC!!! Yeah, we are all so excited to be able to spend more time together AND to have another babysitter in the area, haha! Blakely has changed SO much over the last month, some of the most notable changes so far, I think! She has started eating lots of new foods and has tried green beans, peas, squash, bananas, sweet potatoes and her favorites seem to be green beans and sweet potatoes but she will pretty much eat anything so far! She has started to trying out her sippy cup. She is sitting up really well and has started "crawling" backwards and keeps getting herself lodged under the dresser in her room. She still LOVES tags on anything and especially the ones she finds on her toys. She is making a TON of noises, from ra-ra to da-da but no ma-ma yet! She yells and just tries out her precious voice all the time! She will watch her new baby sign DVD and gets so excited when we start it, jumping up and down and smiling so big! She and I have started baby sign language class which has been so fun and we are learning lots of fun signs and meeting lots of new friends. She is wearing mostly 9-12 months clothes and seems to be getting bigger every day. Sleeping is going okay, she takes two good naps (morning and afternoon) and usually sleeps pretty good at night. Although, recently has been getting up every 4 hours or so, which is hard of mommy! The past few days she has been blowing raspberries all the time and making this cute face where she tucks her bottom lip under her top! She is starting to reach for me when I see her (I like to think that is what she is doing when she puts her arms out to her side)! She is really blooming into such a sweet little girl and every time I pick her up from daycare, her teachers Ms. Debby and Ms. Sheila go on and on about how good she was and how much they enjoy having her there! It just warms my heart that other people love her so much. She just makes everyone fall in love with her and her cute personality! She is so wonderful and brings so much joy and happiness to our lives!
